How You Can Help Stop Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS)

Water-users and aquatic hobbyists play an important role in protecting Manitoba's water bodies and valuable aquatic resources from the introduction and spread of aquatic invasive species (AIS) such as Zebra Mussels and Spiny Waterflea.  Please click here for more information on how you can help STOP AIS.

AIS decals are required to help support the protection of Pelican Lake

Fees

  • The fee for both new and renewal AIS decals is $100.00 per motorized boat and $25.00 for non-motorized boat.

Decal Pickup Information

If you purchased an AIS decal last year, you may obtain your Renewal Decal either from the AIS Inspection Office located in Ninette or RM office in Belmont.

Residents and visitors purchasing a New AIS decal must visit the Municipal Office to complete registration and receive their decal.
